We understand how important these keepsakes are. Here are answers to some of the questions we are asked most often.
We can carefully incorporate ashes, hair, fur, breastmilk, flowers and other meaningful inclusions into your chosen piece. If you have something special in mind, please contact us.
Only a very small amount is needed, usually around half a teaspoon. Any unused ashes will be carefully returned with your completed order.
Once you’ve placed your order you will be sent out one our order packs, which are sent out for free within 3 days of your order being placed.
Each order pack contains: a ring sizer, order form, business card, detailed guide on how to send your inclusions, a small wooden spoon for ashes or a sterile milk bag for breastmilk orders, a small sealable bag for ashes, hair, fur or other inclusions, and a pre-stamped envelope for returning your inclusions safely to us.

Absolutely. Every inclusion is handled personally by Lois with the utmost respect and care throughout the entire creation process.
Our current turnaround time is typically 7–21 working days from receiving your inclusions, although this may vary during busy periods.
Yes. Any unused ashes, hair, fur, breastmilk or other inclusions will be carefully packaged and returned alongside your jewellery.
Yes. Many of our designs can be customised with a variety of colours and finishes to create a truly personal keepsake.

Due to the highly personalised nature of memorial jewellery, all sales are final. However, if there is an issue with craftsmanship, please contact us and we will do everything we can to put it right.
