1. About Us

Wight Castings creates handcrafted jewellery and keepsakes incorporating ashes, hair, fur, breastmilk, flowers and other meaningful inclusions. By placing an order with Wight Castings, you agree to the Terms & Conditions outlined below.

2. Handmade Nature Of Our Products

Every piece is individually handcrafted to order. Due to the handmade nature of our work, slight variations in colour, pattern, resin effects, inclusion placement and finish may occur.

These natural variations make each keepsake unique and are not considered faults or defects.

3. Sending Your Inclusions

Customers are responsible for packaging and sending inclusions securely. While every care is taken once inclusions arrive with us, Wight Castings cannot accept responsibility for items lost or damaged during transit to our workshop.

We strongly recommend using a tracked postal service whenever possible.

4. Turnaround Times

Our usual turnaround time is approximately 10–21 working days from the date your inclusions are received.

During busy periods, holiday seasons or circumstances beyond our control, production times may be extended. We will always do our best to keep customers informed of any significant delays.

5. Order Changes & Cancellations

Orders may only be amended or cancelled before production begins.

Once inclusions have been received and work has commenced, cancellations may not be possible due to the bespoke and personalised nature of the product.

6. Gift Cards

eGift Cards are delivered electronically and are redeemable online only. Gift cards are non-refundable, non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

7. Colours & Product Images

We make every effort to accurately display colours, materials and product details. However, colours may vary slightly depending on screen settings, lighting conditions and the natural characteristics of resin and inclusions.

8. Care Of Your Jewellery

To help preserve your jewellery, we recommend:

• Removing jewellery before swimming, showering or bathing.
• Avoiding contact with perfumes, cleaning products and chemicals.
• Storing jewellery safely when not being worn.
• Avoiding prolonged exposure to direct sunlight.

9. Limitation Of Liability

Wight Castings' liability shall not exceed the value of the product purchased. We shall not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from the purchase, use or handling of our products.

10. Intellectual Property

All website content, photographs, product designs, logos, branding and imagery remain the intellectual property of Wight Castings and may not be copied, reproduced or used without written permission.

11. Privacy

Personal information is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and is used only for fulfilling orders, customer support and legal obligations.

12. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
