Wight Castings Refund Policy

Custom made, handled with care.

Because every keepsake is handmade to order and created using personal inclusions, we are unable to offer refunds for change of mind. If something is wrong and it is our fault, we will always do our best to resolve it.

1. Bespoke & Custom Made Items

All Wight Castings jewellery and keepsakes are handmade to order and personalised using your chosen options, colours, sizing, engraving details and/or meaningful inclusions.

Because of this, we do not offer refunds, returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect choices made at checkout, or because an item is no longer wanted once the order has been placed.

2. If There Is A Problem With Your Order

If there is an issue with your order and the issue has been caused by us, we are always happy to resolve it.

This may include repairing the item, remaking the item, correcting the issue or offering another suitable solution depending on the circumstances.

Please contact us as soon as possible with your order number, clear photos and a description of the issue so we can look into it properly.

3. Handmade Variations

Each piece is individually handmade, meaning slight variations in colour, resin pattern, inclusion placement, finish and appearance are normal.

These natural handmade differences are part of what makes each keepsake unique and are not considered faults.

4. Customer Choices & Order Details

Customers are responsible for checking all order details carefully before placing an order. This includes product choice, size, colour, engraving text, inclusion visibility preferences and any notes added at checkout.

If you notice a mistake after ordering, please contact us straight away. We can only amend details if your piece has not yet gone into production.

5. Inclusions Sent To Us

Customers are responsible for safely packaging and sending inclusions to us. We recommend using a tracked postal service when sending ashes, hair, fur, breastmilk, flowers or any other meaningful inclusion.

Wight Castings cannot be held responsible for inclusions that are lost or damaged in transit before they arrive with us.

6. Cancellations

Orders may only be cancelled before work has started. Once inclusions have been received, materials have been prepared, engraving has been arranged, or production has begun, cancellations may not be possible.

7. Gift Cards

eGift Cards are delivered electronically and are non-refundable. Gift cards cannot be exchanged for cash.

8. Damage After Delivery

We cannot accept responsibility for damage caused by misuse, accidental damage, incorrect care, exposure to water, chemicals, perfumes, cleaning products or general wear and tear.
